What’s included in the mixing service?

Do you offer mastering?

Yes — mastering is included in all projects and handled by a trusted external mastering engineer, so you receive a fully release-ready track.

What genres do you specialise in?

I focus on modern country, country pop, Americana, singer-songwriter, and related styles — but I’m open to other genres if it’s a good fit.

Do you charge per song or per hour?

Per song. Your quote is based on the number of songs, stem count, and turnaround.

Do you offer discounts for multiple songs?

Yes — multi-song pricing is already factored into your quote where applicable.

Can you work from my rough mix?

Yes — I always ask for a rough mix as a reference so I can understand your vision before starting.

What do you need from me to get started?

Correctly exported and named stems, one Track Submission Form per song, and reference tracks.
You’ll receive everything you need, including the File Prep Guide, after booking.

What are your turnaround times?

  • Standard: 10-14 business days

  • Rush: 7 business days (additional fee and subject to availability)

  • No Rush: 21+ business days (includes small discount)


Turnaround begins the next business day after your files are reviewed and approved.

What’s the maximum number of stems you work with?

Projects typically go up to 150 stems. If your session is larger than this, just include it in your enquiry — I’ll confirm availability based on the scope.

Can I send you my Pro Tools session instead of stems?

Yes — I can work directly from Pro Tools sessions. Just mention this when booking.
I’m afraid I can’t accept sessions from any other DAWs, so those will need to be exported as stems instead.
